THE EVENT

An Alternative Burns Night developed in response to cuts to creative funding and education and acts as a demand for better funding for the arts by celebrating Burns Night through a showcase of contemporary performers with all donations going directly to a local creative charity.

As Burns events happen across Scotland on the 25th January we celebrate the creative talent of Burns yet cuts are made to funding that would support the success of future creative talent.

TICKETS - SLIDING SCALE / Suggested Donation - £ 8.00 - £12.00
The event uses a sliding scale charge for accessibility.

You can choose how much you donate.
£8.00 - for standard entry
£8.00 - £10.00 - for those who can meet daily costs
£10.00 - £12.00 - for those who are employed and can meet daily costs comfortably

over £12.00 - If you are able to donate more than this you will be supporting to keep the Sliding-scale ticket model in place and ensuring we reach our fundraising target by raising more than previous years total.

Any remaining tickets will be available on the door, Please give what you can.

All proceeds go directly to Indepen-dance
