Here's Where You Belong 

“I am a Glasgow-born printmaker working interdisciplinarily across gel plate printing, screen printing, and collage.  

This exhibition brings together compositions based around the themes of connection, half remembered places and belonging.

Emotional connections are made through those shared spaces and places and also honouring those personal connections made through music.

At times, a print begins to take shape while I'm listening to a song, with the finished work reflecting the emotions, atmosphere, or memories the music evokes.  

Inspiration is often drawn from geometric forms and fragments of concrete brutalist architecture and also the shifting patterns of natural landscapes.  

The layering of pattern and colour is an invitation to the viewer to consider the connections between people, places and memory, exploring what it means to belong.”
